Mission Statement

STARS, formerly Rape Crisis Center of El Paso, is El Paso's only rape crisis center and whose mission is to promote a world without sexual violence through education regarding sexual violence issues; providing services to victims/survivors and all those affected; and by inviting our community to join us in these efforts.
